Letter from Paul Klerr to Servizi Tecnici spa dated 17 February 1999, concerning the National Competition for the creation of an artwork at the Casa Circondariale (prison) of Santa Maria Capua Vetere (CE). Klerr requests the modification of the volumes of the ten peperino monoliths (about 14%) to raise the maximum height to 4.21 metres above ground and widen the base to 11×7 metres.
