Winner of the National Competition 'Artworks' L. 717/49 for the insertion of an artwork in a public building. Paul Klerr designs a large environmental sculpture consisting of ten hand-worked peperino monoliths, up to 4.21 metres tall, on a base of 11×7 metres. Competition documentation includes letters of 17 February and 4 May 1999 to Servizi Tecnici spa, in which Klerr communicates final modifications to the volumes.
